Thomas Bergmann

Before deciding to become self-employed as a service provider, Thomas worked for five years as Chairman of the Management Board of Douglas Immobilien GmbH for Douglas Holding AG in Hagen. There he was responsible for the extensive property, architecture, construction and facility tasks of the Douglas Group.

Prior to this, he spent fourteen years at ECE Projektmanagement, most recently as Senior Director Leasing. Thomas acquired the basis for his extensive understanding of the retail trade during his early career in his parents' textile business.

He graduated from the Westphalian Wilhelms University of Münster with a degree in business administration. Prior to this, he completed a banking apprenticeship. Thomas Bergmann lives in Hamburg, is married and has four grown-up children.

Claudia Schrader

Managing Director
Head of Real Estate Management

Claudia Schrader is head of Real Estate Management and is responsible for all activities relating to expansion and lease optimization. She combines in-depth knowledge of the retail market with specialized real estate expertise. Before joining B&P as a Board Member, she worked for 22 years at the project developer ECE Marketplaces GmbH & Co. KG in the area of letting. Most recently, as Head of Department Leasing, she and her team were responsible for all key accounts in the food, beauty and service sectors.

Claudia started her career as part of a commercial apprenticeship at Karstadt and then successfully completed her studies at the Berlin University of Cooperative Education with a degree in business administration. Claudia lives in Berlin with her family.
