Thomas Bergmann
Senior Partner
Before deciding to go into business for himself as a service provider, Mr. Bergmann worked for Douglas Holding AG in Hagen for five years as Chairman of the Management Board of Douglas Immobilien GmbH. There he was responsible for the Douglas Group's extensive real estate, architecture, construction, and facility tasks.
Prior to that, he spent fourteen years at ECE Projektmanagement, most recently as Senior Director Leasing. In his early career in his parents' textile business, he acquired the basis for his extensive understanding of retail.
Thomas Bergmann graduated in business administration from the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster. Prior to that, he completed a banking apprenticeship. He lives in Hamburg, is married and has four grown-up children.

Georg Ludwig Eisenhauer

Georg Ludwig hat sich nach seinem BWL-Studium an der J.W.G. Universität gezielt für eine Laufbahn im Immobilienbereich entschieden.
Zwischen dem ersten Schritt als Einzelhandelsmakler bei KEMPER’s und seinem Einstieg als Partner bei B&P im Jahr 2017, lag eine lange Zeit in der Immobilienabteilung der Douglas-Gruppe mit interessanten Aufgabenstellungen in Ost- und Südosteuropa.
Georg Ludwig leitet die Niederlassung in Düsseldorf und betreut mit seinem Team unsere Kunden im Immobilienmanagement Süddeutschland und Österreich.
Er lebt mit seiner Frau bei Düsseldorf und hat eine Tochter und einen Sohn.
Claudia Schrader
Board Member
Claudia Schrader leitet die Niederlassung in Berlin und hat damit die Verantwortung für den gesamten Osten Deutschlands. Sie vereint fundierte Kenntnis über den Einzelhandelsmarkt mit einem spezialisierten Immobilien-Know-how. Vor Ihrem Einstieg bei B&P als Board Member war sie 22 Jahre beim Projektentwickler ECE Marketplaces GmbH & Co. KG im Bereich Vermietung tätig. Zuletzt betreute sie als Head of Department Leasing zusammen mit ihrem Team alle Großkunden der Bereiche Lebensmittel, Beauty und Service.
Ihren beruflichen Einstieg fand Claudia im Rahmen einer kaufm. Ausbildung bei Karstadt und schloss dann erfolgreich ihr Studium an der Berufsakademie Berlin als Diplombetriebswirtin ab. Claudia Schrader ist verheiratet und hat zwei Kinder. Zusammen mit ihrer Familie lebt sie in Berlin.
